Q1. Can I have a sample order for LED Bathroom Mirror?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It will take about 10 days to make a sample of LED lighted Mirror. Lead time for mass order is about 15-30 days,it depends on the quantity. 

Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on LED Bathroom Mirror?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.

Q4. Is it OK to produce the LED Bathroom Mirror with our own design?
A: Of course yes, we have strong OEM capacity, you can send us the mirror design/photo and we can make it accordingly.

Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send free parts of bathroom LED Mirror with new order .It it is urgent, we will send by Fedex/DHL, freight is at our cost.

Q7:Where is your factory? Can we visit it?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, which is only a 15-minute drive from Hangzhou international Airport and 2 hours by train to Shanghai city. Warmly welcome to visit our factory!
