Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer, and welcome to visit our factory.

Q:Do you sell desk frame only or with desk top together?
A: We sell the frame mainly, but we accept customized desktop as well.

Q: What is your sample lead time?
A: 7-10 days for conventional products;
10-15 days for unconventional products.

Q: What is your bulk lead time?
A: It's based on your quantity, we generally delivery goods in 30 days after contract signed. However, if your order has special requirements, it might take longer.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We provide flexible MOQ according to customer's special requirements.

Q: What is the payment condition?
A: 30% deposit in advance, the balance before the shipment by TT or L/C.

Q: Do you provide warranty or any kinds of after-sale service?
A: Yes, we offer 10 years warranty for the metal parts, and 5years warrenty for the electric parts.

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we provide both type of service. If you are looking for customized service, please contact us for the details. Our professional designer team can provide exactly what you want. 

Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We have strict quality assurance system, we will provide a pre-production sample, hold pp meeting before mass production, and will take inspection during mid-production and before shipment.
