Plywood with CARB 2 Certificate
All the plywood we used in cabinets are passed CARB 2 certificate, which guarantee our cabinets eco-friend, not easy deformation,100% water proof. 

Solid Wooden Door & Frame
We use Russia Birch solid wood to make frame and door. Besides keep good quality, also make cabinets more nice.

Component	Features
Door	Solid Russian birch, raised panel or shaker style as you require. Mortise and tenon joints.
Face frames	3/4" thick solid wood face frames with 1-1/2" wide stiles and rails
Tops, bottom and sides	1/2" thick 7-ply plywood sides/tops/bottoms with birch wood veneer, interiors are prefinished in clear UV coat and exteriors are finished in matching UV coat. Matching interior option is available.
Cabinets backs	1/4" thick plywood with 3" x 1/2" frame, interiors are prefinished in UV coat. 1/2" thick back is available in advantage cabinets.
Shelves	5/8" thick plywood, 1/2 depth, prefinished in UV coat. Full depth is available in advantage cabinets.
Drawer box	5/8" thick solid Russian birch, dovetail joints, 1/4" thick plywood bottom.
Toe kick	1/2" thick plywood, cover cabinets side.
Hinge	1. DTC 4 ways adjustable conceal hinges. 2. DTC soft closed 6 ways adjustable conceal hinges.
Glide	1. 3/4 extension white under mount glides, no soft closed 2. DTC full extension under mount soft closed glides.

A:Normally production period depends on order quantity, usually, it is about 40 working days after receiving deposit.

A: T/T30% deposit before production and 70% balance  against the copy of B/L or LC at Sight.
